Here at Freedom Church, we believe in the next generation. Our annual Summer Bash kid's conference was created to empower and encourage kids to let their light shine for all the world to see as Christ lives within them. It's a safe place created for them to learn how God has wired and gifted them. The kid's conference is filled with snacks, games, crafts, exciting worship, and other fun activities to get your kids excited to discover and experience the love of Jesus.

FAQ

If my child does not regularly attend Freedom Church, can they still attend?
Absolutely, all children are warmly welcomed!

Will child care be provided before or after Summer Bash?
There will be no child care before or after Summer Bash. Check-in starts at 6:15 PM and pick up is at 8:30 PM.

What time should my child be dropped off?
Summer Bash check in/registration will begin at 5:45 PM each day.

My child is attending VBS somewhere else. Should they still come to Summer Bash?
Most definitely! Each event has different topics, activities and worship. Kids love to experience Jesus in creative ways that may be new to them!

What should my child bring?
Nothing. They are not required to bring anything.

Will dinner or snack be provided?
Snacks will be served each day. There will be no dinner. If your child has a food allergy, please notify us during registration and at check-in.

Do I need to bring my child into the church to drop off and pick up?
Yes. Each day your child will be checked in and given a name tag with a number. You will receive a duplicate tag that must be presented at pick up. If you misplace this tag you will be asked to show a driver's license or another form of identification.

What age range can attend?
Children entering Kindergarten - 5th grade.

What if my child has food allergies?
Please provide this information during your registration. You are more than welcome to tell us at check in, too.

I have more than one child attending. Can they be in the same group?
Kids will be in groups based upon grade level to ensure their lessons/activities are age appropriate.

Do I need to register before Summer Bash starts or can I register that day?
We will have open registration the day of Summer Bash. However, we encourage you to register beforehand to ensure a t-shirt and other supplies are prepared!

Summer Bash Serve Team

If you are a parent interested in serving at Summer Bash, we would love to have you on our serve team! Even if you are unable to commit to each day, you are more than welcome to serve. For security, a background check is required for each person. Please contact Freedom Church to schedule this no later than June 1st, 2023.
